"George lied to us, put on coverage under our policy without our authorization. We found out thru state farm customer service that we had renters insurance when we dont even rent anything!! Would not answer phone calls. Had to call the office for someone to answer and even the person who answered the phone lied to us thinking we dont know anything because my husband speaks arabic. We will be reporting these people to state farm."

"If only 0 stars were possible... George it is so sad if your brother Mike is still writing policies while unlicensed, bad for you because you are supposed to run your own agency correctly... STATE FARM will never be an option again. The only thing this agency knows how to do is "save people money" the deceitful way! My policy had 6 cars... and ONE DRIVER! Customer is supposed to trust the agent, to only find out they are being lied to and 5 drivers not covered... Please do yourself a favor and run before thinking of switching to this agency. Little advice; if you are a customer here.. Double check that policy, before it's too late."
